Why I’m Running
After having the privilege of living in 3 different countries, on 3 different continents, I am of the firm belief that our schools need to continue preparing our children to be citizens of this diverse and growing world.
Yes, we need them to learn reading, writing, and arithmetic. But cultivating critical thinking skills, adaptability, and resilience are also vital if they are going to succeed. A quality education system is part of the foundation of a thriving community.
Furthermore, I’m here to listen and learn. What do our educators, staff, students and parents think? What are the issues that matter to you?
